Join us for a casual welcome reception as we settle in for the week ahead. We’ll provide a market-sourced tasting table (breads, cheeses, meats, spreads, fresh vegetables, etc.) assembled by executive chef Jacques and his sous Paul. We will also provide a starter supply of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). For anything else you might want to sip on, please plan ahead and BYOB.
🛶 Kayak & Lunch Excursion

Details
The kayaking journey is point-to-point and will take approximately two hours from launch to disembarkation. A shuttle will collect us from the destination at Pont du Gard and return us the parking lot at the point of origin.
Each guest must organize their own transportation to Canoe Collias. Feel free to organize a car pool with other adventurers. You must wear some form of close-toed shoe (e.g. a water shoe or Crock) for the kayak or you may not be admitted.
Please bring a change of clothing for our lunch at Restaurant des Fines Roches. Canoe Collias has a changing area.
🍷 Wine Tour

Details
Our experienced guide Olivier Hickman will lead us on a journey through the prestigious wineries and cellars of the Southern Rhône wine region.
The tour will include three tasting locations with the second tasting as part of a food and wine lunch at Hôtel Restaurant Les Florets (wines from Domaine la Garrigue).
Round trip transportation from/to the villa is included.
🪩 Anniversary Celebration Dinner

We are providing all cocktails, food, and wine for this event.
A mixologist will be stationed to shake or stir your choice cocktails throughout the night.
A plated dinner will be catered by “O Green Chef” Dominique Moracchini and his team.
Will from Wildfire DJs is on soundtrack duty.
The dress code for our celebration is “Provencal Chic.” We suggest light, breathable fabrics like linen and cotton. For gentlemen, a light blazer or collared shirt is perfect (no tie required). For ladies, cocktail attire is ideal. The party will be outdoors, so please keep in mind that flat shoes are probably best for uneven surfaces.
